A full brand evolution and a 23-page site rebuild for a boutique mental health collaborative. Kickoff to launch in four weeks, on the platform they already had.
Vayda Mental Health Collaborative is a boutique Minnesota group practice of 20+ clinicians, grown almost entirely by word of mouth.
They hold people through all the chapters: daily struggles, IVF, birth trauma, autism evaluations, the quiet weight of a late diagnosis, grief, loss, body inclusivity, struggles with addiction, parenting, and more.
But the site read like every teletherapy platform on the internet. Generic, clinical, nothing like the people inside it. And with a second location opening in September, the brand had to grow up before the practice grew again.
It looks nothing like a therapy website, and that is the job.
Boutique quality, covered by insurance, in a system that already anticipates location two.
Copy and design built together, in a way most therapy practices aren’t even thinking about.

The industry standard: sage green, watercolor leaves, someone gazing out a window.
We threw it out.
People meet Vayda in a tender chapter, and the last thing they need is one more brand whispering at them from a beige waiting room.
So the identity went the other way. Marigold, coral, bubblegum pink, periwinkle over warm cream, grounded by deep pine and an editorial serif so it never tips into just “cutesy.” The words hold your hand. The visuals lift your chin.
Boutique means high-touch, curated care — not expensive.
Boutique quality, covered by insurance, in a system that already anticipates the rooms after this one.
That’s Vayda.
Vayda’s copy and design were built together, by the same hands, each one shaping the other.
A line about the hardest day sits beside a color that lifts it. The words hold your hand. The visuals lift your chin.

And a system made to grow alongside the business.
